We had the opportunity to design the 2024 annual report for the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy, marking an exciting milestone in their visual evolution.
Following a rebrand the previous year, this project was our first chance to work within the school’s new brand standards while exploring the creative potential of their updated identity system. The theme for this year’s report, Bridging to Tomorrow, inspired the integration of diverse "bridge" photography—ranging from man-made structures to natural formations—underscoring the idea of connection and progress.
To honour the legacy of the school’s past reports, we incorporated black-and-white photography alongside the new visual elements. This approach maintained a sense of continuity with previous designs while embracing the fresh direction of the rebrand.
